I've also repurchased it twice, and use it to clean off any residues :) About the Heroine toner from PSA I'd say that one exfoliates for real though, although gentle, and has a much thicker consistency so it can also work after more watery/hydrating toners once they've dried in a bit.

I've just received mine and really convened about the colour and smell... my previous vit c was by The Ordinary and had no smell.. but the Timeless 20% c ferulic acid, E has a smell of smokey hotdogs and is not clear....it has more of a yellow tint to it... it was sealed, have I got one that is out of date? Was yours like this? thanks

From memory the problematic sunscreens in korea were being produced by 2 third party producers. There was another, Kolmar, who as far as I know did not have any failed sunscreens. If you still care about that it might be worth noting.

This looks nice but I had to go back to regular US sunscreen. I kept getting a sunburn while using all the Korean sunscreens no matter how many times I reapplied. I don’t even have sensitive skin either.

I have no problem with Korean sunscreen. It is all I use. The majority of the sunscreens affected by the shoddy production factory have redeemed themselves.

Korean sunscreens have been my best anti-aging product. That is because I like their filters, I like their level of protection, I like that I have found products that work for me, I happily wear the full amount daily and even reapply during the day to maintain the level of protection. Most importantly, please stop marking Korean sunscreen manufacturers down! I believe that because of the past issue, Korean sunscreens have been under greater scrutiny, which led manufacturers to increase testing and even send their product out for third party testing. Many times can review the results of the testing, like how much more than 50 is the product or what value is a products four +’s based on.

Love Cosrx as a brand. I use a few of their products. I'll probably add this to my cart. I do like one of their other sunscreens. I think Korean labs are working hard not to screw up again. I think Korean sunscreens are the envy of the world. The drama involving inadequate SPF there is old news now. I’ve moved on. Nothing comes close to the comfort and price of their formulations as far as I’m concerned.

Hi Sarah, just a suggestion - would love if you made the finish a bigger talking point. As a male who doesnt wear makeup, the finish is the most important consideration for me as i dont like shiny dewy finishes. Anyways thanks for the video!

Sadly I can't afford to purchase so much that I forget about products. Curious do you get discounts? I know you pay for you're own products but it can't be cheap testing so many. Hi Sarah, Does the peach tint of G&G Happy Barrier cream or the Stratia LG, stain? I wear this at night & I’m worried about it potentially staining pillowcases, sheets/PJs. Has this happened to you with either? Getting ready to place a G&G order before they run out of my serum again so hoping you may see this before I do. Which is your fave unscented of all these is most lightweight for summer while still being moisturizing? You're totally right: the fact that you receive a product for free can and probably often does affect the reviewer's opinion. First of all because humans often feel indebted when they are gifted something. I will be nicer to you if you just treated me to a nice dinner (quid pro quo). But more importantly, you receiving review copies of skincare, either from the company itself or some marketing agency, is not a given. If they don't like your review they can stop sending you free stuff at any point in time. Consciously or unconsciously that can get you to be more positive or to leave out some negatives. I think it's great that you are truly independent. It makes your reviews much more trustworthy.

The Dear Klairs Mineral sunscreen has been chillin in my YesStyle cart pending my next order, but in the meantime I’ve been enjoying the Etude Sun-prise mineral and Dr. G mineral SPFs. They do have a slight white cast on my medium-light skin tone, but the finishes are nice and the cast doesn’t make me look crazy if I decide not to wear makeup (since I usually opt for mineral when my skin is already angry 😅). Etude is more watery like Avene’s mineral SPF but Dr. G is more of a light cream. My current chemical SPFs are the Numbuzin invisible sunscreen and the Goodal Heartleaf calming sunscreen. Numbuzin is so lightweight and Goodal is more creamy. I also wanna try Shingmulnara’s waterproof SPF (sold only at OliveYoung) and Kaine’s sunscreen which is supposedly waterproof too.

If you could buy either the TNS or Reviv which would you choose? With the TNS I’m not sure which to choose. I’ve never tried either of them. Thanks!
